 Will Work On Radiant Smooth Cooktop |

| This product has been said to not work on a smooth cooktop. I e-mailed All-Clad about it & this was their response: If your new cooktop is a radiant type the Double Griddle should work just fine. If you have an induction type cooktop it will not perform. The reason is because is has a hard anodized exterior rather than the magnetic exterior required for induction cooktops. Just wanted to let everyone know that there is a smooth cooktop that this will work on. I am very excited about this! |

This fabulous All Clad LTD griddle has become a weekend morning staple in our kitchen. We prepare "big" family breakfasts on the weekends and with this griddle we cook bacon, sausage, pancakes, eggs, hash browns...the works...all together. It fits such large portions, that we can serve hot food all together. It is wonderful!
We have a gas stove top and we find that this griddle cooks evenly across the entire surface. There are no "primary hot zones". |

| Great cookware. Like all other reviews, I too love this item. It makes cooking breakfast a lot faster and easier. You could make all the pancakes at once, cook eggs and bacons the same time. I really recommend this cookware if you have been thinking about buying a griddle. Forget about buying one single griddle, you need a double griddle (makes cooking a lot faster). Easy to clean also. I normally buy Calphalon's products, but this griddle which is made by Al-Clad is far heavier in weight and nicer design also. |

| This is a terrific tool for any cook. I thought my husband and I were nuts for buying such an expensive pancake griddle. It makes terrific pancakes but I use it all time, on the stove and inside the oven to grill and roast everything from asparagus to zucchini with stops on the way for chicken, salmon and potatoes. It heats quickly, evenly and holds the heat for a long time. Can be cleaned with little effort. |

| This griddle is fabulous! Its generous size lets you make several sandwiches, quesadillas, or pancakes at the same time. The non-stick surface works really well. After many, many uses, mine has acquired only a few scatches. I like it so much that I'm ordering a second one. |
